By Mary Miller Cullins This Saturday, October 1st, from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. The 3rd Annual Midtown Alley Street Festival will be in full swing. The annual street party will span 5 blocks in the heart of Midtown Alley on Locust Street.

This past Sunday several thousand people gathered in Francis Park, for an Art in the Park Festival. Francis Park is located in southwest St. Louis City close to Chippewa and Jamieson.
