Pictures With Santa!!!

Calling all good little girls and boys in the Carondelet neighborhood: Santa Claus will be at 7401 South Broadway at Reflex Media Solutions this Saturday, December 8, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. That’s right, he will be there with his elves to hear what you want for Christmas. You can have your picture taken too, and it’s free! Formerly known as the South Broadway Merchants Association, the Carondelet Business Association is sponsoring this annual holiday event and it is free for all ages! Their mission as a business association is to strive to improve the overall business climate in the Carondelet neighborhood. Their members work together with city government and residents to improve existing conditions and to attract new business and investment to the community.
Carondelet Business owners take pride in their neighborhood and the rich history of South Broadway. Today, the two mile stretch along S. Broadway is coming back as it was in the days of early Creoles and the German and Irish immigrants–a commercial district offering businesses, services, and a growing antique row in a historic community. If you haven’t been to this “neck of the woods” lately, this Saturday would be a good time to re-visit.
