Evening Remembrance
Rev. Michael Kinman, Dean of Christ Church Cathedral, located at 1210 Locust is hosting an evening of remembrance with other clergy and community leaders for the victims of gun violence in Newtown, Ct and in St. Louis Tuesday December 18th.

A time of community remembrance of the victims of gun violence in Newtown and St. Louis and prayer to end gun violence in our communities. Doors open at 6 pm the service is scheduled to begin at 6:30.

Sister Linda Straub, CSJ (Catholic Student Center at Wash. U.)
The Rev. Dr. David Greenhaw (Eden Theological Seminary),

Imam Muhamed Hasic (Islamic Community Center)

At the conclusion of the service there will be a short candlelight procession to the steps of Central Library where names of those killed by guns in Newtown, CT and St. Louis will be read.

Following the service there will be opportunities to write letters to our public officials urging gun reform and better access to mental health care in Missouri and the nation.
