Victors American Cuisine

If you drive or walk by the Roberts Tower you will see advertising of the opening of the new Victor’s American Cuisine (411 North Eighth Street ) sign outside. The Restaurant formally the short lived Shula’s is next to Roberts Mayfair Hotel and Roberts Orpheum theater. The restaurant has been empty though the excellence of appearance and style is nothing short of the expectation of how the Roberts would welcome you to one of their establishments.

Victor is the name of the famous Roberts Brothers father and is also the name of the property that stands as the old Sears building where WRBU television studios are located. They can’t go wrong  with their fathers name it is a constant reminder of their success through the discipline and leadership he instituted.

The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, serving a menu with  Maryland Crab Cakes, Sliders, salads and pasta dishes. A list of specialty burgers like a Bison Burger, a Gyro Burger, Asian  pork Burger and always a favorite American Cheese burger.
