The Black Rep At The Missouri History Museum
The Black Rep returns to Missouri History Museum for black history month as part of the Theatre in the Museum series with the play ‘Resurrection 150: Another Voice” giving a different perspective of the Civil War. The play focuses on uncovering the experiences of African American women during and immediately after the war.
Enliven your visit to the Missouri History Museum with this short, one-person play for black History month that feature people and characters from St. Louis’ past. Whether the performances share stories from the perspectives of different people during the Civil War, or just how to get a corset on, you will feel you will feel closer to the men and women who made our city great. Performances are Saturdays at 2:00pm.
